Sierra | Flow Formed Beadlock

Available in 17x9 and 20x9. Sierra is built from flow formed aluminum—a process that starts with a cast center, then strengthens the barrel by applying pressure while the wheel spins. That stretching/compression refines the grain structure in the barrel for improved strength and durability compared to a conventional cast wheel.

Fitment & Offset Options

Sierra is offered in a wide range of bolt patterns and multiple offset/backspace options depending on size & application:

• 4.50" backspace (-13mm) — pushes the wheel outward for a wider stance.
• 5.00" backspace (0mm) — brings the wheel inward for a more tucked fit.
• 5.50" backspace (+13mm) — available in select 20" applications for a higher offset / more factory-like scrub radius.

A higher offset option can help reduce scrub radius and improve long-term steering/suspension component life. We also machine an enlarged lug nut bore to improve socket clearance and lug nut compatibility.

Beadlock or Simulated Accent Ring

Choose your setup:

• True Beadlock Ring — for off-road / competition use.
• Simulated Accent Ring — for the beadlock look on a daily-driven setup. 

Both ring styles are machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum for maximum strength-to-weight. Weep holes are integrated to help water and debris escape after water crossings or washes. The ring features counterbored hardware pockets to protect bolt heads, and we drill & tap 48 redundant holes in the wheel lip for long-term serviceability.

Hardware & Build Details

• (24) Grade 8 zinc yellow-chromate plated hex head screws
• 3/8"-16 thread, 1-1/4" length
• Knurling applied on wheel lip and ring mating surfaces
• TPMS compatible

Finish

Machined Raw Finish — run it as-is, polish it, or apply a custom coating.

Lead Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for CNC machining (bolt patterns) and/or coatings/finishes.
