Battle Born Wheels is more than an online wheel store. We operate as a specialty wheel and machine shop focused on made-to-order aluminum off-road wheels, custom fitments, race applications, powder coat finishes, and wheel customization.

If you need a specific lug pattern, hub bore, offset, beadlock ring setup, finish, or application that is not listed on the website, our Custom Shop may be able to help.

What We Can Help With

Custom Lug Patterns

Need a bolt pattern that is not listed online? We can review custom lug pattern requests for select wheel models and applications.

Hub Bore Machining

We can machine hub bores for many vehicle-specific applications when the wheel model and fitment allow it.

Race Applications

From rock crawling to desert and trail use, we can help review fitment needs for serious off-road builds and race vehicles.

Powder Coating

We offer standard finishes along with optional custom powder coat colors by request, including select Prismatic Powder options.

Not every request is possible on every wheel. Availability depends on the wheel model, blank inventory, machining limits, coating schedule, and intended use.

Powder Coat Finish Options

Our standard finish lineup includes Raw Machined, Blackout, Dark Earth Bronze, Forged Gray, and Factory Gold. We can also quote optional finishes such as Gloss Black, Jeep 41, Highland Bronze, gloss clear upgrades, and other Prismatic Powder colors by request.

Desired offset or backspacing
Hub bore requirement, if known

Important Custom Order Notes

Custom work must be confirmed by Battle Born Wheels before ordering.
Custom machining and powder coating may add cost and lead time.
Some requests may not be possible depending on wheel model, size, blank inventory, or safety requirements.
Final powder coat color may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, clear coat, powder batch, and wheel design.
Raw machined wheels are unfinished aluminum and may oxidize, patina, water spot, or change appearance over time.
Once a custom order is approved and placed into production, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
