Frequently Asked Questions
Orders, Lead Times & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
-
Raw/Machined: typically ~1 week.
-
Powder Coat Add-On: adds ~2–3 weeks (batching with our local coater).
-
USA-Forged: usually 2 weeks from payment to ship.
We’ll email tracking the moment your wheels leave our shop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—contact us for a quote. Duties/Taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If manufacturing/finishing hasn’t started, we’ll help. Once wheels are coated or staged to ship, changes may not be possible.
Powder Coating & Finishes
Why is powder an add-on?
Many brands import wheels already painted overseas. We finish locally with professional powder coating (Prismatic Powders®) for tighter QC and durability. The add-on covers coating plus transport, masking, QC, and repack. Ships faster without powder—raw/machined sets typically leave our shop in ~1 week; powder coating can add 2–3 weeks.
Which colors do you offer?
Common options: Blackout, Dark Earth Bronze, Forged Gray, Factory Gold, plus raw/machined. Custom colors on request (quoted).
Can you rush powder?
Sometimes. Rush/Small-batch service may carry an additional fee to cover off-cycle trips to our coater.
Fitment & Specs
What bolt patterns and offsets do you offer?
See each product page for available PCD, backspacing, and offset. Unsure? Message us with year/make/model, brakes, tire size, lift, and desired stance—we’ll confirm before you buy.
Backspacing vs. Offset—what’s the difference?
-
Backspacing (inches): distance from hub-mount to inner wheel lip.
-
Offset (mm): distance from hub-mount to wheel centerline (negative = sticks out, positive = tucked).
We publish both to make fitment easy.
Hub-centric or lug-centric?
Most trucks/SUVs are lug-centric; we machine bores to fit common hubs. Hub-centric rings may be included or recommended for some applications.
Load rating & weight?
We design for real-world truck loads. Check the “Specs” tab for load rating, weight, bore, and torque for each size.
Beadlocks & Street Use
What’s the difference between your true beadlock and simulated beadlock?
-
True Beadlock: mechanical clamp for off-road/low-pressure use; check your local laws for on-road legality.
-
Simulated (DOT-style) Rings: visual beadlock look with standard safety beads—street legal.
Do you include rings/bolts?
Yes, ring hardware is included. Our beadlock hardware is Grade 8.
Tires, TPMS & Hardware
Will my factory TPMS work?
Yes—most OEM sensors transfer. New sensors/valves available at checkout.
What lug nuts should I use?
Use the correct seat type (conical/ET) and thread pitch for your vehicle. Torque to the spec on the product page and re-torque after 50–100 miles.
Do you mount/balance?
We ship wheels; most customers mount locally. If you need a mount/balance bundle, contact us for a quote.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for raw/machined aluminum?
Wash with pH-neutral soap (Dawn dish soap); dry thoroughly. Apply a quality wheel sealant. Avoid harsh acids or abrasive pads.
Powder coat care?
Hand wash; avoid aggressive chemicals and hot-wheel car-wash cycles. Road salt? Rinse frequently.
Returns, Exchanges & Damage
What’s your return policy?
Unmounted, unused wheels in original packaging are returnable within [30] days of delivery. Powder-coated or custom-machined orders are final sale. Buyer pays return shipping. A [15–20%] restock may apply to cover inspection/repack.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and wheels immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll take care of it.
Warranty
What’s covered?
-
Structural: [Lifetime to original purchaser] against manufacturing defects under normal use.
-
Finish: [1 year] against defects.
Excludes impact/curb damage, improper mounting, chemical abuse, or racing incidents. Full terms ship with your wheels.
Pricing, Dealers & Sponsorships
Do you price-match?
We enforce MAP with our dealers to keep pricing consistent. If you see something off, send a screenshot.
Do you offer dealer pricing?
Yes—authorized dealers with MOQ [12] wheels, prepaid. Contact us to apply.
Sponsorships?
We currently partner only with programs that deliver measurable content and results. Send your media kit and proposal.
USA-Forged vs. Imports
What’s the difference?
Our USA-forged wheels are machined in-house from forged blanks for maximum strength, custom offsets, and short runs. Our imported cast/flow-formed lines are engineered by us and built to our spec at audited facilities—great performance at a lower price point.
Why are forged more expensive?
Forging compresses the grain structure for higher strength-to-weight, and we machine them here, one by one. You’re paying for material, machine time, and flexibility.
Orders & Payments
Which payments do you accept?
Major cards, Shop Pay/Apple Pay, and Affirm-style financing.
Sales tax?
Calculated at checkout where applicable.
