Battle Born Wheels Limited Warranty

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Lug nuts must be retorqued after the first 50 miles of use and checked at regular intervals thereafter. Beadlock hardware must be installed using the correct hardware, tightened in a star pattern, and step-torqued to a final specification of 25 ft-lbs.

Battle Born Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that its cast and forged wheels will be free from structural failure due to defects in material or workmanship under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.

Battle Born Wheels also warrants to the original retail purchaser that the original factory-applied finish on its wheels will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

Battle Born Wheels beadlock wheels include a one (1) year functional warranty covering defects in material or workmanship affecting the normal function of the beadlock system, including intended off-road use, from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover impact damage, trail damage, cosmetic damage, improper installation, air loss caused by installation error, or damage caused by improper maintenance or hardware torque.

OFF-ROAD USE ONLY: Battle Born Wheels beadlock wheels are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise explicitly stated. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding beadlock wheel use on public roads. Battle Born Wheels makes no representation that beadlock wheels are legal for highway or street use in all areas.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Any transfer of ownership voids this warranty.

What Is Covered

• Structural Warranty: Lifetime coverage against structural failure caused by defects in material or workmanship under normal and intended use.
• Finish Warranty: Two (2) years on factory-applied finishes against defects in material or workmanship.
• Beadlock Functional Warranty: One (1) year on beadlock system function against defects in material or workmanship.

What We Will Do

If Battle Born Wheels determines, in its sole discretion, that a product has failed due to a defect in material or workmanship and is covered under this warranty, Battle Born Wheels will repair or replace the product without charge.

Warranty replacement or repair does not include labor, installation, tire mounting or dismounting, balancing, alignment, loss of use, downtime, shipping charges unless otherwise approved, or any incidental or consequential costs.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to any of the following:

1. Damage or defects caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, racing, overloading, improper use, or accident.
2. Damage caused by potholes, curbs, road hazards, trail obstacles, rocks, or other on-road or off-road impacts.
3. Wheels that have been altered, repaired, welded, machined, straightened, refinished, powder coated, painted, or otherwise modified after purchase.
4. Wheels sold as blemished, closeout, discounted, seconds, or otherwise identified as non-first-quality product.
5. Wheels installed with spacers, adapters, or improper hardware.
6. Wheels used with incorrect tire sizes, improper mounting procedures, improper inflation, excessive vehicle loads, suspension interference, brake interference, or other improper applications.
7. Damage caused by improper installation, improper torque, failure to retorque hardware, improper beadlock assembly, or lack of maintenance.
8. Air leaks, vibration, or other issues caused by tire installation, tire condition, balancing, bead seating, or installer error.
9. Corrosion, pitting, discoloration, fading, oxidation, staining, or cosmetic deterioration caused by chemicals, caustic cleaners, salt, road treatment, brake dust, harsh environments, weather exposure, or neglect.
10. Cosmetic damage, finish blemishes, scratches, gouges, or installation marks on wheels that have been mounted, installed, or used.
11. Normal wear and tear.
12. Shipping damage, handling damage, or damage occurring after delivery.

Fitment and Application Responsibility

The customer and installer are responsible for verifying proper vehicle fitment, brake clearance, tire size compatibility, load rating, and intended application before installation and use. Battle Born Wheels is not responsible for damage or issues resulting from improper fitment, incorrect vehicle information, or use outside of the wheel’s intended specifications.

Beadlock-Specific Terms

Battle Born Wheels beadlock products are intended for customers familiar with beadlock wheel maintenance and inspection. Beadlock hardware must be installed using the correct hardware, torque values, tightening sequence, and maintenance procedures. The beadlock functional warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship affecting normal function of the beadlock system. It does not cover bent rings, rock rash, gouging, impact damage, hardware damage, stripped fasteners caused by improper service, leaks caused by improper assembly, or damage caused by trail use unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

How To Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor from whom the wheels were purchased.

If you purchased directly from Battle Born Wheels, please contact us before returning any product. Approved claims may require photos, proof of purchase, product information, and return of the product for inspection.

Please include the following when submitting a claim:

• Proof of purchase
• Original order number
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• Tire size and wheel specification
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the wheel and the claimed defect

Do not return any product without prior authorization.

Inspection and Remedy

Battle Born Wheels reserves the right to inspect any product prior to approving a warranty claim. Products returned for inspection must be shipped freight prepaid unless otherwise authorized.

If a claim is approved, Battle Born Wheels may repair the product, replace the product with the same product, or replace it with a comparable product if the original product is no longer available. All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Battle Born Wheels.

Battle Born Wheels disclaims all other express warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Battle Born Wheels also disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Battle Born Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury or death, wheel and tire assemblies must meet or exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s required load rating and must be installed properly using the correct hardware, torque specifications, and inspection procedures.
