Clear Coat Options
Clear coat can change the final appearance of a powder coated wheel. The same base color can look more muted, more satin, deeper, glossier, or more reflective depending on the clear coat used.
Casper Clear
Casper Clear is used on several of our standard specialty finishes to create a more muted, low-gloss appearance.
Clear Vision
Clear Vision is a gloss clear option for customers who want more shine, depth, and reflectivity from select powder coat colors.
Example: a bronze base color with Casper Clear will generally have a more muted look, while the same or similar bronze base with a gloss clear may appear deeper and more reflective.

- Custom powder coat colors must be confirmed by Battle Born Wheels before ordering.
- Not every powder coat color is recommended for every wheel, use case, or finish combination.
- Some colors may require a base coat, clear coat, or special application process.
- Custom powder coat options may add cost and lead time to your order.
- Final color may vary depending on wheel design, lighting, screen settings, powder batch, clear coat, and application process.
- Raw Machined wheels are unfinished aluminum and may oxidize, patina, water spot, or change appearance over time.
- Once a custom powder coated order is approved and placed into production, the order may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
- Prismatic Powder links are provided as a color reference. Final availability, suitability, and pricing must be confirmed by Battle Born Wheels.
