Return Policy
At Battle Born Wheels, we stand behind our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Because many of our products are vehicle-specific, made to order, or custom finished, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved by Battle Born Wheels before being sent back. Please email us at Sales@battlebornwheels.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-built, custom-machined, made-to-order, or special-order items
- Forged wheels built to customer specifications
- Wheels or accessories with custom finishes
- Items that have been mounted, installed, used, driven on, or modified in any way
- Clearance, closeout, or sale items
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unmounted
- In brand new condition
- Returned in original packaging with all included hardware, caps, rings, and accessories
Any item returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or showing signs of installation or handling beyond normal inspection may be denied or subject to a reduced refund.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product and condition of the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify vehicle fitment, brake clearance, tire sizing, and application compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns based on fitment issues, incorrect vehicle information provided at time of order, or application changes after purchase may still be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. Custom-spec orders are final sale.
Freight Damage / Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
- Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to assist with a claim.
Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item, a defective product, or your order is missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fee, shipping charges, or return-related deductions. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you believe you need an exchange, please contact us before sending anything back.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email Sales@battlebornwheels.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if applicable

- Do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns.
- Battle Born Wheels is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
