Battle Born Forged Beadlock wheels are our premium forged wheel platform — no-compromise, USA-made forged wheels built for serious off-road use. Each wheel starts as a forged monoblock and is machined in-house on our CNC equipment in Nevada.
Our forged beadlock wheels are offered in platform-specific widths to better match real-world vehicle and tire combinations. 5-lug and 6-lug fitments are available in 17x8.5, while 8-lug fitments are offered in 17x9. In general, the 17x8.5 works well with 13.50" wide tires or narrower, while the 17x9 works well with 12.50" wide tires or wider, giving customers flexibility based on vehicle setup, tire choice, and preferred stance.
17x8.5 fitments (5-lug / 6-lug):
3.50" backspace (-32mm offset)
4.25" backspace (-13mm offset)
4.75" backspace (0mm offset)
17x9 fitments (8-lug):
4.50" backspace (-13mm offset)
5.00" backspace (0mm offset)
5.50" backspace (+13mm offset)
These offset options allow you to fine-tune stance, clearance, and steering geometry for your specific build.
Our forged beadlock wheels are beadlock-capable and feature dual bead seats. The outer bead of the tire can be mounted in the standard inner bead seat for non-beadlock use, or in the outer position with a clamping ring as a true beadlock for race and extreme off-road use. These wheels also feature our HoldFAST oversized bead seats, designed to help retain the tire under demanding off-road conditions.
This product listing is for the true beadlock configuration. If you want to run the wheel in a simulated configuration, please select the simulated configuration instead. If you decide to convert later, the required beadlock ring and hardware kit must be purchased separately.
The beadlock rings are made from forged 6061-T6 aluminum, offering an ideal balance of strength and weight. Each wheel uses (24) Grade 8 steel 3/8"-16 x 1.25" zinc yellow-chromate plated hex bolts. For long-term serviceability, every wheel lip is machined with (48) redundant drilled and tapped holes. The rings are also counterbored to better protect the hardware from trail damage.
These wheels are offered standard in a Machined Raw Finish. Powder coating is available at an additional cost. We can also offer more than the standard colors and fitments listed here, so if you want something different, please email us your request and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
